ABOUT RAY'S DUNKIRK
Ray, Paul and Billy opened Rays kitchen in 2015 . We had all been in the business since we left school with successful restaurants and catering businesses between us. We have loved opening this shop and feeding north coast folk. It has been a treat to meet the community and catch up with old friends and customers who have moved north. What we didn’t expect were the weekend crowds who drive out to eat with us, and we are still humbled when this happens. We have now made salt rock our home base, have a firm holiday crowd who are becoming seasonal regulars and are exited for the future. Ask for us when in store we would love to say hi.

LOCATION
At Rays kitchen Dunkirk we set out to create an independent neighborhood bistro with a focus on delicious food, a changing menu influenced by what we want to eat and dishes that reflect the abundance of our north coast location. We spend time with our front of house staff to ensure that they are well informed and are able to guide you through our menu and host you as if it was their home. We love that the environment we work in is backdropped by natural beauty and that it’s a safe and care free environment where you can truly unwind and spend time with the people you love. This is a place where owners are still preparing the food and serving it daily and we hope to meet you soon.
